Shapes discovery time

Today we arranged a fun activity focusing on shapes. We started by discussing what shapes the children already know, and most of them were familiar with various shapes. we then explained how we would complete the task, which involved filling in the shape outlines with buttons. The children took great pride in finishing the activity! They enjoyed the sensory experience of handling the buttons, and it also supported their fine motor skills as they picked up and placed each button into the tray. Great job everyone! We’ve all learned a lot about shapes and patterns today.
